Invitation to Bid
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston, on behalf of the North East Pennsylvania Land Bank Authority, at their Administrative Offices located at 35 Broad St., Suite 202, Pittston, PA 18640, until NOON, 12:00 PM(prevailing time) on Friday, April 29, 2022 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
PROJECT NAME – Rehabilitation of 91 Mill Street, Pittston.
Proposed work includes the full rehabilitation of a residential home, including but not limited to, floors, drywall, electrical, plumbing, heating, bathrooms, kitchen, porches, lead based paint, asbestos and other items related to a home rehabilitation.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to Bidders.
