- All material collection containers must have the container owner’s name and telephone number clearly marked on the exterior of each container.
- It is understood and agreed that if approved the material collection container will be operated, placed and maintained pursuant to ordinance #11 of 2011 and #2 of 2013.
- Licenses must be obtained annually.
