Invitation to Bid
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston, at their Administrative Offices located at 35 Broad St., Suite 202, Pittston, PA 18640, until 3:00 PM (prevailing time) on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud, for the rehabilitation of 134 Parsonage St., Pittston, PA 18640.
Bid Documents may be obtained by contacting Beckie Latona at 570-654-4601 or rlatona@pittstonrda.com. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, July 23th, 2020 at 10:00am on site at 134 Parsonage St.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to Bidders.
