The City of Pittston is in the process of transitioning to a new billing and collection system for the city Sewer Maintenance Fee. Berkheimer Tax Services, who collects the city’s wage and business taxes, has assumed this function effective January 1st2025. The city sewer maintenance fee will no longer be billed or collected by WVSA. More information will soon be provided to all city property owners, and we do anticipate the annual/first quarter billing to be issued during January. There is no change in the residential EDU rate for 2025. We appreciate your patience during this transition period. Thank You!
