    Parking is enforced for all on street and off street parking:
    Monday-Saturday 

    8am-6pm

  • Parking Lot Permits

    Permit Parking Lots

    Monthly parking permits are perfect for individuals who park daily for extended periods of time.

    St. John’s Public Lot (William Street) $50 per month

    Robert Conroy/Upper Tomato Festival Lot (Spring Street) $40 per month

  • Parking Violation Appeal

    If you believe you received a parking violation in error, please fill out the following form within 5 days of receiving a violation.

    Parking Violation Form 

    If you have additional documentation (pictures, Pango receipts, etc.) that you wish to add to your appeal form, please attach them.

    DO NOT SEND OR ATTACH THE ORIGINAL VIOLATION

    Late fees will not be accumulated during the review process. You will be notified of a decision within 7 days of receipt by mail.

     

  • PAY BY PHONE

    Pittston offers pay by phone parking through Pango.

    ◊   It’s easy to set up an account:

    ▫      Download the Pango app on your smartphone and enter your vehicle(s) and credit card information one time only.

    ▫      Whenever you park on a meter Pittston:

    – Open the app
    – Choose your vehicle
    – Enter your parking meter number
    – Select the amount of time you want to park
    – Once you hit start, you have paid by Pango

    ◊   In addition to the Pango App customers can start/stop parking sessions in the following ways:

    ▫      Web –  Go to www.myPango.com log into your account and start/stop parking sessions

    ▫      Mobile Web – Go to www.myPango.com from your mobile device log into your account and start/stop sessions

Downtown Parking Violations

If you receive a parking violation, please submit payment to the Pittston Parking Authority.  Mail checks to the Pittston Parking Authority at 35 Broad St. Suite 202, Pittston PA 18640.  Payment in person is also accepted at the City of Pittston Treasurer’s Office, 1st floor of City Hall, 35 Broad St., Pittston PA 18640.

Violations not paid within 5 days will be increased by an additional $25.00.

 

VIOLATION SAME DAY DISCOUNT

Pay your parking violation on the same day in the City’s Treasurer’s Office for a reduction to 1/2 the fee.  Mailed payments are excluded.  Violations must be paid in person on the same day.
