The City of Pittston engaged Reilly Associates, a consulting transportation engineering and planning firm, located in downtown Pittston, to perform the study. The city also formed a Steering Committee comprised of a diverse group of Pittston residents, business owners and city officials who all share an interest in improving opportunities for and the safety of active transportation in the city.
