Greater Pittston Area Little League was formed in 2019, First it was a venture in combined play between Avoca/Dupont, Duryea, and Pittston City Little Leagues.
Many levels of baseball are offered for ages 5 through 12 years of age. There are four fields and are used for the different ages of play.
- Tee ball age is ages 5 and 6
- Coach pitch is 6, 7 and 8
- Minor is 9 and 10
- Major is 9 and 12
The spring/summer season runs from April through June followed by tournament play.
Fall baseball begins in September through the end of October.
